The passengers were already seated in the flight, but they had to get off again due to the AC malfunction. When the AC was not fixed even after waiting for about an hour, the angry passengers created a ruckus at the airport. Finally, the flight left for Delhi with a delay of one and a half hours.

The incident happened on Monday, when the AC of an Indigo flight going from Patna to Delhi suddenly broke down. All the passengers had boarded the flight on time, but the AC stopped working before takeoff. The passengers sat inside the flight for about an hour, but the AC did not get fixed. The heat started increasing and the passengers started feeling uncomfortable. Finally, the flight staff asked all the passengers to get down again.
Passengers created ruckus, flight left for Delhi with one and half hour delay
As soon as they got off the plane, the angry passengers complained to the Indigo employees and started creating a ruckus at the airport. The passengers said that a big company like Indigo should regularly check the flight so that passengers do not have to face such problems. Indigo engineers tried to fix the AC problem and finally the flight left for Delhi with a delay of one and a half hours.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time that passengers have faced problems due to technical problems in IndiGo flights. Earlier on July 9, an incident of AC failure was also reported in an IndiGo flight from Patna to Hyderabad.
