DIG/ Launched in July 2022 by the National Real Estate Company (Sni), the 1st phase of the Accelerated Home Ownership Program (PAAP 1) officially delivered, on May 31, 2023, to the happy beneficiaries, the first 100 serviced plots in the Bikelé Dzong area in the 3rd arrondissement of the municipality of Ntoum.
At the end of this first operation, the Minister of Housing, Olivier Abel Nang Ekomiye, immediately launched phase 2 of the PAAP.
This will consist of develop 200 plots of land greater than or equal to 400 square meters and the construction of 100 housing units delivered turnkey to future buyers.
The next appointment was made in 10 months for the second reception ceremony.
Note that these plots, with land title, are sold from 8500 F CFA per square meter.
