Building materials merchant Henrik Wulf (35) from Burg (Schleswig-Holstein) bought an old house for himself, his wife Anja (34) and daughter Mia (5), and completely rebuilt it. Now the only thing missing was the kitchen.
The Möbel-Höffner seller promised delivery by mid-November. But the kitchen (14 600 euros) didn’t come! Wulf: “The other dealers told us straight away that it wouldn’t work until Christmas. That’s the only reason why we ordered from Höffner. ”Wulf complained and was given a mini-rental kitchen.
