One of this year’s most talked-about bride and groom – but also among the most secretive – is billionaire heiress Katharina Andresen (29) and financier Frederic Kvasnes (34). In lovely surroundings in Italy, the two were tied together in the bonds of matrimony earlier this summer.
– We were completely unprepared
Andresen and Kvasnes have been very tight-lipped about the wedding, keeping their cards close to their chest. little was known beforehand – Se og Hør was able to reveal details about the three-day wedding programme, which probably cost the couple a small fortune.

After the wedding fever had subsided, the couple quietly retreated to their lovely mansion in Bygdøy,a rather fashionable area in Oslo.
The heir to Ferd attracted attention after it was announced that she had bought Norway’s most expensive property ever.

– We have made a long-term investment for generations in a beautiful property. The building, designed by architect arnstein Arneberg in 1916, has also been used as a sailor’s church and represents an crucial part of Norwegian cultural heritage, Katharina Andresen wrote in a comment to Dagens Næringsliv when the news was made known.

It seems that the couple is thriving in their mansion and that the neighborhood is marvelous. Now they have also invited to a grand neighborhood party – an invitation they have shared on a private Facebook group.
In the invitation, Andresen writes that they invite to a cozy pre-Christmas moment with mulled wine, gingerbread – and entertainment in the backyard.
The affluent heiress encourages guests to bring a gift for the Poor House, which will be given to families who need a little extra this year.
“The gift should be marked with gender and age group, so it reaches the right recipient,” it states in the invitation.
Se og Hør has not been able to get in touch with Katharina Andresen regarding this matter.

Editor: Let’s dive right in. Katharina, you’re known for your intriguing balance between wealth and social responsibility. Can you tell us what inspired you to organize a neighborhood party?
Katharina: Absolutely! For me, it’s essential to foster connections and create a sense of community. In our fast-paced world, we often forget to engage with our neighbors and develop relationships on a local level. The party is a way to bring everyone together—young and old—to celebrate where we live and to cultivate a supportive atmosphere.
Editor: That’s wonderful! Bringing people together can create lasting bonds. Frederic, from a financial perspective, how do you see community-building efforts impacting local economies?
Frederic: Great question! When you enhance community engagement, local businesses frequently enough thrive as residents feel more invested in thier neighborhood. Events like neighborhood parties stimulate local economies by encouraging people to shop and dine nearby. it’s a win-win—people enjoy themselves and local businesses benefit from the increased foot traffic.

It’s not just about fun; it’s about fostering responsible citizenship as a community.
