The latest revelations updated by the New York Post leave no room for doubt. The family of the President of the United States – in this case Hunter Biden, his son, is involved in a gigantic scheme to create biological weapons laboratories in Ukraine involving 24 pathogens. “Russian claims that President Joe Biden’s son Hunter is funding bio-labs are true”, says the New York Post. This information could open onto the biggest scandal of the century, forcing to put into perspective all the events since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
Hunter Biden’s activities in Ukraine
The New York Post is the newspaper that, in October 2020, got hold of Hunter Biden’s laptop. We already learned there, among other very high-level collusions, the appointment of the son to the Management Committee of the Ukrainian company Burisma, in 2014.

This time, the company implicated in the investment in biological weapons is none other than Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners, whose fund belongs directly to the son of the president. This one would have invested 500,000 dollars, a sum which seems modest, in Metabiota, a start-up of search for pathogens. Rosemont then set out to raise much larger funds from the Goldman Sachs Bank. The son’s interpersonal skills would also have made it possible to raise 23.9 million from the American government, and to leverage with the equipment manufacturer for the Pentagon’s biological laboratories, Black and Veatch, which had had a leg in Ukraine since 2010, in the city of Odessa, through a laboratory of “surveillance of bioterrorist attacks, epidemics and pandemics”.
Also according to the Post and the emails discovered, Hunter introduced Metabiota to his associates in Burisma, Ukraine. Burisma director Vadim Pozharskyi calls the Metabiota project, in an email to Hunter Biden in May 2014, a “your so-called science project for Ukraine”.
Because Russian news agencies are censored in the West, releases do not reach the general public. Activities bordering on bioterrorism, such as those of Hunter Biden, draw from this censorship, foreign to Western culture, the guarantee of their impunity. The “whistleblower” who tried to disclose them would be accused of being a Kremlin agent. It turns out, however, that the Post’s information tallies with the alerts from the Russian Ministry of Defense. In a dispatch from the Itar Tass agency, dated March 24, Vyatcheslav Volodin, spokesman for the Duma, asked that the American Congress take up the case and investigate Hunter Biden’s activities in Ukraine.
A major security challenge for European security
It is also an issue for security in Europe. In times of war, information is often biased and subject to all kinds of manipulation. Given the cross-checks with Hunter Biden’s emails and corroborated corporate data, all added to the Ukrainian obsession with the Biden family, an investigation at the level of each of the Member States is essential, in view of the underlying threat underlying.
According to a statement from the Russian Embassy, published on its Telegram channel on March 25, the number of laboratories set up by Hunter Biden, with the help of the United States Agency for International Development, the Georges Soros Foundation and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), would be “30 research units at 14 sites in Ukraine”. As for funding, “for the period from 2018 to 2020 alone, it would amount to 32 million dollars”. It’s hard not to think of Victoria Nuland’s panic at the idea that the Russians could have access to data from these laboratories.
“Funding for these activities has enabled the United States and its allies [ndlr : alliés non spécifiés, mais il s’agirait du Royaume-Uni] to export at least 16,000 biological samples from Ukraine. […] These are not only human tissue and blood serum samples, but also dangerous pathogens and their vectors. Thus more than 100,000 samples were sent to the Lugar Center in Georgia. Other beneficiaries also include Reference Laboratories in the United Kingdom and the Loeffler Institute in Germany,” wrote the Russian Embassy in France.
It is urgent to shed light on these laboratories, on the involvement of the Biden family and possible American agencies. There are now 100,000 American soldiers present in European territory, absent any democratic consultation on the subject. A European Union divided between a very Atlanticist eastern part and another more autonomous, although a historic member of NATO. It could be dangerous for such activities to take root in Europe under the guise of protection.
