Humanity wiped out, mutant animals populate the earth: “Biomutant” takes place in a doomed scenario. The developers have packed almost everything into the action role-playing game that works and is fun elsewhere.
Mith its breathtaking-looking post-apocalyptic game world, “Biomutant” attracted attention in its first trailers. Even before it was released, it was clear that it would be difficult to meet the high expectations of many fans.
“Biomutant” takes place in a doom and gloom scenario in which people were wiped out. Only mutant animals still live on earth.
The “tree of life” ensures their survival in the game, but a poison at the roots threatens the future of the planet. In addition, the animal mutants are divided into six tribes that are hostile.

In “Biomutant” the players take on a character in raccoon-cat optics, who has to assert himself in battles against hostile, mutated other creatures. There are a variety of different weapons to collect.
They can be improved later with loot gained and a crafting system. The raccoon-cat’s skills can also be increased.
In “Biomutant” the developers have packed pretty much everything that works and is fun elsewhere: absurd weapons, fast battles, explosions, vehicles and aircraft, role-playing elements, good-bad decisions, super slow-motion and much more.
Players have to be smart about their skills. The brightly colored open play world is divided into seven very different and colorful areas and numerous underground areas. There are day-night changes, and the weather should also have an influence on the game.
“Biomutant” is available for PC, Playstation and Xbox and costs around 60 euros.
