Hapoel Tel Aviv is close to the addition of the Spanish defender Tachi. If this name sounds a little familiar to you, then there is a good reason for that. When Tachi played for the reserve team of Atlético Madrid in September 2018, he met the one who now stars in the Real Madrid uniform, Vinicius, and the meeting between the two created a rather viral moment.
It happened after a fight between the two that ended in a confrontation on the grass. Just before the referee separated the parties, Tachi managed to bite the Brazilian striker on the head, which created a moment that made quite a few headlines across Europe.
The stopper who grew up in the youth departments of Getafe and Atlético Madrid, currently belongs to Deportivo Alaves, which he joined in 2019. He started the past season in the Basque team that finished in last place in Spain, and was loaned last January to Fuenlabrada from the minor league which was also relegated to the third division.
In total, Tachi has 1,319 minutes in 23 appearances in the top league in Spain, only five appearances in the past season, alongside 10 appearances in the minor league in the uniform of Fuenlabrada, which, as mentioned, did not prevent it from being relegated.
