Theni: On behalf of district BJP, DMK went on a fast in Theni Banglamed to condemn the government for not fulfilling its promises after one year of coming to power. District President Pandian presided. District Observer Parthasarathy presided.
State Secretary Meenadev, District General Secretaries Marichelvam, Malaichami, Balu and other administrators, members and volunteers participated as special invitees. The fast started at 10:00 am and ended at 5:05 pm. The District President ended the hunger strike by giving Palarasa juice to the State Secretary.
