Jaunpur: A case of rape of the daughter of the ruling BJP leader in a moving car has come to light in Jaunpur district of Uttar Pradesh. The brutality has come to light in the Jalalpur police station area here, where 4 youths in a car gang-raped a minor girl. As soon as the information about the case was received, the police started investigating the matter. The victim has been sent for medical examination. In this case, Akhilesh Yadav has said that the DNA test of the accused will be done. However, the police has rejected the kidnapping theory. The SP said that the student had gone there herself in anger.
SP chief Akhilesh posted the cutting of the media site and wrote on the x-‘The path of justice should be found by getting the DNA test done of the people accused of misdeeds and not by doing politics by just making allegations. Whoever is guilty should be given full punishment according to the law, but if the allegations are proved false after the DNA test, then the government officials involved should also not be spared. This is the demand of justice.’
According to the information received, the father and mother of the 6th class student, resident of Rehari village of Jalalpur police station area, are district level officials in BJP. Four masked miscreants kidnapped the student from Mathiya village of Jalalpur police station area. 8 hours after the incident, the student was found in a wounded state on the roadside in Varanasi. The girl was found on the roadside of Tarawan village of Cholapur police station area of Varanasi.
According to the report, the girl was on her way to school when some criminals riding a Bolero car forcibly made her sit in the car. After this, the family and Jalalpur police came to know about the girl’s kidnapping. The miscreants have injured the girl by attacking her with a blade at several places including her hands and shoulders. Why was the kidnapping done? And who did it? The police is trying to find out this.
In this entire case, ACP Sarnath Atul Anjan Tripathi said that the girl has given a statement that she has been raped. However, rape will be confirmed only through a medical test. An FIR is being registered in this case at Chandwak police station in Jaunpur. CCTVs are being checked to trace the miscreants.
However, SP City Brajesh Kumar of Jaunpur says that the girl was kidnapped by four youths in a Bolero. The girl has been found in Varanasi. The girl has been beaten up. Action is being taken by filing a case on the complaint. Rape has not been confirmed yet.
