BJP State President Chandrasekhar Pawankule said that no decision has been taken yet regarding the seat distribution in which the BJP-Shiv Sena will contest the Assembly elections next year.

The term of the Maratha Assembly ends in October next year. There is an expectation that along with the parliamentary elections, assembly elections may also be held before that. In this situation, BJP state president Chandrasekhar Pawankule has explained that no decision has been taken regarding the division of Shiv Sena-BJP seats led by Eknath Shinde.

It is noteworthy that earlier in the assembly election, Eknath Shinde’s party will be given only 48 seats out of 288 seats.

Win in 200 constituencies

In this situation, the day before yesterday, Chandrasekhar Pawankule said:-

BJP-Shiv Sena will jointly contest 48 constituencies in the state in the parliamentary elections and 288 constituencies in the assembly elections along with other parties in the National Democratic Alliance. Under the leadership of Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, BJP and Shiv Sena are preparing to win 200 constituencies.

Meetings were held regarding block allocation. It will take place in the coming times as well. No decision has yet been taken regarding the block allocation. The state and central leadership will take that decision.
