New Delhi: Polls have suggested that the BJP will once again rule in the upcoming state assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.
Assembly elections will be held in four states including Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh at the end of this year. According to a poll conducted by ABC Voter on who will win the election:
BJP currently has 99 MLAs in Gujarat state. Reign is in progress. Congress won 77 seats. BJP has a chance to win 135-143 seats from 99 seats in the upcoming elections.
As far as the Congress party is concerned, they may get only 36-44 seats. As far as Aam Aadmi is concerned, it is unlikely to be a major factor in this election and the party will get only 2 MLA seats.
Also, the Congress’s vote share will decrease from 41.4 percent to 32.3 percent in the last election and as far as BJP is concerned, it will decrease from 49.1 percent to 46.4 percent. According to opinion polls, Aam Aadmi Party can get only 17.4 percent votes
In the state of Himachal Pradesh, out of a total of 68 seats, the BJP is likely to win 37 to 45 seats and the Congress 21 to 29 seats. Although the Aam Aadmi Party won 9.5 percent of the votes, polls have indicated that they will not make a big impact in the state.
