The X5 will come in two versions: 30d with a diesel engine in MHEV technology (mild hybrid) with a total power of 298 and a torque of 68.3 kg. s, a torque of 71.3 kg and a maximum driving range of over 100 km. The jump from 0 to 100 km/h is 6.1 seconds and 4.8 seconds respectively. The X6 will be offered in one version, 30d (same as the X5).

The X5 gets new headlights with the daytime running lights shaped like arrows pointing to the sides that also serve as signal lights. The illuminated kidney grill gives the front part of the vehicle an attractive appearance typical of the brand. On the sides you can find designed ventilation openings and the rear lights include light fixtures designed in the shape of the letter L. The X6 also receives an update to the lighting system.

Digital technology is at the heart of the driver’s environment in the X5 and X6. In addition to the curved display that includes a 12.3-inch dashboard and another 14.9-inch screen, the models receive another upgrade in the form of the advanced operating system in the new version 8.5 with Live Cockpit Plus. The advanced audio system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and includes 10 speakers in the X5 30d model and 16 speakers from Harman Kardon in the X5 50e and X6 models.

The connectivity system launched by the German manufacturer several years ago will now be available in Israel at no cost. The MY BMW application (available in stores) presents advanced options for control, control and remote management of the car including: a smart digital key (Digital Key) for opening and locking the vehicle using the mobile device, with the option of sharing up to 5 different users. When sharing, you can, for example, limit speed, engine power and even the volume of the audio system. Reliable and real-time information about a location with the possibility of locating the vehicle, driving functions including battery charging status, air pressure, driving characteristics and more. Performing various actions such as viewing internal and external cameras (Remote view) with the possibility of recording and taking photos, turning on the air conditioning, opening and locking remotely from anywhere in the world and more (for Apple users only the option to link the smart watch).
