New Delhi: Tata Motors has said that the acquisition of Board India’s plant will be completed in January.

It was announced last August that Tata Passenger Electric Mobility, a subsidiary of Tata Motors, will buy Board India’s plant in Sanand, Gujarat for Rs 725.7 crore.

In this case, it has been reported that all the acquisition works will be completed on January 10. It has been informed that all the employees of the board will be given jobs. It has also been reported that they will become employees of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Company from January 10.

The plant can produce three lakh vehicles per year. It also has the facility to increase to 4.2 lakh vehicles.
