jpnn.com – Thousands of supporters from various groups stormed the PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (PBB) office on Jalan Sulanjana, Bandung City, following alleged intimidation and violence committed by Persib officials against Bobotoh.

The alleged violence occurred during the AFC Championship League (ACL) 2 match between Persib and Port FC at the Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Soreang, Bandung Regency, Thursday (19/9/2024).

Monitoring at the location, thousands of supporters urged management to explain the chronology of the violent incident.

They also demanded to meet with representatives of PT PBB represented by Operations Manager Herry Alamsyah.

Bobotoh Legal Aid Bureau Arvio Pratama in his speech conveyed three demands to management.

They issued a warning and urged PT PBB to be open and transparent in investigating this case.

“Issuing a summons and giving PT PBB 1×24 hours to provide clarification because there are allegations of criminal acts of intimidation and violence,” said Arvio at Graha Persib, Jalan Sulanjana, Saturday (21/9/2024).

According to Arvio, if there is no good faith from management within 1×24 hours, his party will take legal action.

“If there is no good faith delivery, then legal enforcement will be carried out,” he said.

Arvio said that the incident experienced by Bobotoh at the stadium yesterday should not be underestimated by management.

Here are three demands from Bobotoh supporters regarding alleged intimidation and violence by Persib officials and players:

  1. Requesting that the legal or legal department of PT PBB confront LBH Bobotoh.
  2. If there is no official statement within 1×24 hours, a legal report will be made to the police.
  3. There is no longer any negotiation regarding acts of violence and it is clear that de facto legal proceedings will be carried out. (mcr27/jpnn)
