This morning there was a large mobilization by emergency services to respond to the report of a man found dead in flowerbeds on the avenue Chapultepecin the mayor’s office Cuauhtémoc; the victim is presumed to have been a member of the community LGBT+.
The discovery occurred at the intersection of the Chapultepec Avenue and the street, doMonterreywhere elements of the local Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) arrived.
The agency reported that the agents were alerted by a passerby who pointed out an unconscious person in a planter. As they approached, they noticed that he was not responding to calls. and requested the support of paramedics, who diagnosed the man as having no vital signs for a cause yet to be determined, so the area was cordoned off.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office agent attended for expert services and the corresponding investigations.
Reports indicate that the man was half-naked and carrying a fan in the colors of the LGBT+ flag.
