Böhmermann Schulz Gala: Large sums for Buchenwald and Köthen Initiative

Böhmermann and Schulz started the fundraising campaign on Saturday with a live gala in front of 250 guests in the Berlin Natural History Museum. On Betterplace.org can be donated until July 8th. Böhmermann and Schulz’s goal is a total of 1.5 million euros.

Why Buchenwald and Köthen were chosen

Before the gala, Böhmermann explained that the foundation was doing important educational work. That’s why he decided to support her. Foundation director Jens-Christian Wagner said the foundation could really use the donations.
