A bomb blast near a school in the Somali capital, Mogadishu, has killed at least eight people, including students.
Officials said:
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a school in Mogadishu. Eight people, including students, were killed. A part of the school collapsed due to the blast. Of these, 13 students were injured.
Authorities say the attack is believed to have been carried out by al-Shabab, an al-Qaeda-linked terrorist organization.
