The president and Paula Carrasco ended their cueca dance in O’Higgins Park with a kiss.
President Gabriel Boric officially opened the inns of Parque O’Higgins, thus beginning the celebrations of Fiestas Patrias 2024, accompanied by his partner, Paula Carrasco.

Paula Carrasco, a 29-year-old basketball player, is originally from Valparaíso, with studies in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Chile, in addition to working in the Mitigation and Transparency Office of the Climate Change Division of the Ministry of the Environment.
