jpnn.com – GIANYAR – Persija Jakarta finished in second place in Group B of the 2024 President’s Cup, after being beaten by Bali United in their last match.
In the match at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, Friday (26/7) evening, Persija was beaten 0-3.
However, that did not affect the steps of the Kemayoran Tigers – Persija’s nickname, to enter the Top 4 of the 2024 President’s Cup.
The champion in this group is the defending champion of the President’s Cup, Arema FC, who on matchday 3 won 5-0 against Madura United.
As the winner of Group B, Arema FC will face the runner up of Group A, namely Persis Solo on Wednesday (31/7).
Meanwhile, Persija, the runner-up of Group B, faces the winner of Group A, Borneo FC, on Tuesday (30/7).
