Celik says that the outdoor unit simply draws in the air while the technology takes over the indoor unit. That’s not entirely true, he quickly adds. But it keeps them motivated here in the group’s oldest location, where Bosch just started manufacturing this heat pump’s internal unit this year. Celik takes care of this as value stream manager for heat pumps, who has been working for Bosch for twelve years.
