This training was designed to strengthen public officials’ AI utilization capabilities in response to the rapidly changing digital environment and to improve policy-making and organizational communication skills.
The training was conducted with a theoretical understanding of the interactive artificial intelligence service ChatGPT and various case studies that can be used in work. In particular, the practical course focusing on intergenerational empathy and communication and policy utilization methods received a great response from attendees. .
Deputy Governor Seo Hyeong-bin, who attended the training, said, “The impact of AI technology on administrative work is growing day by day,” and added, “I hope that senior civil servants will first understand the flow of change and actively utilize new methods to increase administrative efficiency.”
