As soon as the holidays ended, both these films have fallen down at the box office. The stardom of Akshay and John Abraham of Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao’s ‘Stree 2’ has been badly destroyed. On one hand, while ‘Stree 2’ has earned Rs 254.55 crores in six days after its release, ‘Khel Khel Mein’ and ‘Veda’ together could not earn even Rs 2 crore on the sixth day. Mudassar Aziz’s multi-starrer ‘Khel Khel Mein’ may have earned more than Rs 1 crore on Tuesday, but it is also on the decline. While Nikhil Advani’s ‘Veda’ has now reached millions. Both the films had told on the opening day itself that they are in the list of disaster films of 2024. The clash with ‘Stree 2’ on 15 August has proved fatal for both these films. As far as ‘Stree 2’ is concerned, it has earned a strong amount of Rs 25 crore on the first working day after its release on Tuesday.

Starring Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan and Amy Virk, ‘Khel Khel Mein’ has a budget of Rs 100 crore. But in six days, this film has made a net collection of only Rs 17.15 crore at the Indian box office. On Tuesday, the sixth day of its release, it has done a business of only Rs 1.10 crore. On the opening day, it earned Rs 5.05 crore. But since then, its earnings have been falling every day.

On the other hand, John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh’s ‘Veda’ is in a worse condition. Made on a budget of 50 crores, this film may have earned more than ‘Khel Khel Mein’ on the opening day, but after that it started lagging behind. In six days, this film has earned Rs 16.10 crores in India. On Tuesday, it reached millions and could earn only Rs 60 lakhs.
