Woman Stabbed Man to Death After Dog Was Stolen
Winter Swan-Miller, a 37-year-old woman from Hampshire, England, gained notoriety for the brutal stabbing death of 62-year-old Stuart Crocker in June 2023. The motive behind the act was that Crocker had allowed her dog to escape and be stolen.
In a TikTok video, Swan-Miller expressed her grief over the loss of her dog and claimed she had no other option but to take revenge. She was sentenced to life in prison for her actions.
The murder occurred on June 23rd when Crocker bled to death from deep wounds. Swan-Miller left post-it notes on the body with chilling messages. The body wasn’t discovered until five days later, emanating a sickening odor that alerted a neighbor.
During sentencing, Judge Angela Morris described Swan-Miller as manipulative, willing to do whatever it took to get what she wanted. She will serve a minimum of 23 years for the murder.
Following the crime, Swan-Miller uploaded a TikTok video where she identified herself as the ”bad girl” responsible and encouraged viewers to write to her in prison.
Police discovered additional videos on her devices, including one where she accused Crocker of being an accomplice in the dog theft. Her arrest came after her victim’s bank card was used in the Aldridge area, leading officers to her temporary residence. A notebook found in the flat contained a chilling confession.
