BRAC Bank tops weekly trading on DSE

In the outgoing week (September 22 to 26) in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the main capital market of the country, the listed company BRAC Bank Plc came to the top of the transactions between companies and mutual funds.

This information was revealed on the basis of DSE’s weekly market review on Saturday (September 28).

According to the data, during the week, the company’s shares were traded worth Tk 483.9 million, which was 7.12 percent of the total traded on DSE. As a result, the company is at the top of the transaction.

Grameenphone, which is second in the transaction list, traded shares worth Tk 38.69 lakh 40 thousand, which was 5.70 percent of DSE’s transactions.

Islami Bank Bangladesh in the third place traded shares worth Tk 31 crore 1920 thousand, which was 4.59 percent of DSE’s turnover.

Among the other companies in the transaction list – Sonali Ansh Tk 21 crore 69 lakh 10 thousand, Social Islami Bank Tk 20 crore 80 lakh 60 thousand, Ibn Sina Pharma Tk 183 crore 50 thousand, Linde Bangladesh Tk 16 crore 91 lakh 90 thousand, Lavello 14 crore 38 lakh 50 thousand taka of ice cream, 13 crore 8 lakh 10 thousand taka of Agni Systems and 9 crore 29 lakh 90 thousand taka of Square Pharmaceuticals PLC were traded.
