In particular, Lima is accused of having smuggled two wanted men out of the country. The judge also ordered the seizure of the artist’s passport and the freezing of his bank accounts. In his decision on Lima’s arrest, the judge accepted the request of the Pernambuco civil police and rejected the arguments of the Prosecutor’s Office, which had requested alternative precautionary measures.
