To motivate their teams, some of the country’s top companies have embraced hybrid work. However, those looking for a new job may have a hard time finding that flexibility.

A study carried out by the Infojobs human resources platform indicates that, despite the growth in job offers in teleworking or hybrid formats, completely face-to-face vacancies continue to be the majority after the COVID-19 pandemic.

In January of this year, face-to-face work represented 94.8% of the 7,010 vacancies, while hybrid work was equivalent to 2.48% and telecommuting vacancies represented 2.7%.

Although the number of vacancies is modest, the pandemic has caused a change in the platform’s announcements: compared to November last year, the hybrid format has increased by 16.6%, while telecommuting vacancies have grown by 32 .6%

According to Infojobs, the areas that offer the most hybrid jobs are commerce and sales (34%), information technology (10.5%) and finance (10.2%).

According to the executive director of Infojobs, Ana Paula Prado, the return to the office is gaining strength with the advancement of vaccination and the decline in the pandemic.
