The third edition of the French Pâtisserie Salon, which takes place from June 17th to 19th in Paris, welcomes the best pastry chefs in France and only one foreigner in 6,000 m²: chef glacier – also known as an ice cream maker – Brazilian Francisco Sant’Ana. In partnership with the Movement of Landless Rural Workers (MST), Sant’Ana brings the best in Brazil to the land of gastronomy, with fruits and organic raw materials produced in MST settlements.
