West Indies Action Player Kieran Polladu has announced his retirement from the Instagram page. In it, he said that he decided to retire after careful consultation and that he had intended to play for the West Indies when he was a 10-year-old boy. Pollard has played 123 ODIs and 101 T20Is for the West Indies. He made his ODI debut for the West Indies in 2007 against South Africa. He found the field in the T20 match against Australia in Bridgetown the following year. He did not play in Test matches and secured his place in the West Indies’ white ball team.
He withdrew from international cricket in 2014 due to a dispute with the West Indies Cricket Board and returned to the team in 2016. Appointed captain of the 2019 ODI and T20 West Indies team. Under his leadership, the West Indies have played 61 matches, winning 25 and losing 31.
