London, Jul 28 (EFE).- The price of a barrel of Brent oil for delivery in September closed today on the London futures market at $84.24, an increase of 0.89% compared to the previous session.
The North Sea crude oil, a reference in Europe, ended the day in the International Exchange Futures with a rise of 0.75 dollars compared to the last negotiation, when it ended at 84.24 dollars.
Brent thus closes a week of clear upward trend, which began slightly above $81 after having been below the psychological barrier of $80 for most of July. EFE
