Ludhiana: Following a bribery complaint against the Food Corporation of India (FCI), CBI officials raided 30 locations in Punjab.
The inspection was conducted at 30 locations including Rajpura, Patiala, Sharhind, Pategarh, Saqib, Mohali, Sonam, Moga, Ferozepur, Ludhiana, Sangrur, FCI-owned locations, private rice mill and owner locations, and grain dealer-owned locations.
It has also been alleged that low quality foodgrains were procured from private traders to meet the shortage.
