Thieves slaughter empty mansion

The case
At the beginning of April, an owner company from Stuttgart bought a vacant villa in the commercial area on Robert-Bosch-Strasse in Walldorff (Ba-Wü). The plan for the villa: renovate properly, then rent it out again or sell it.
Renovation and partial demolition work should start at the beginning of August.
The windows of the villa: carefully expanded
The shock on August 9, 2022: Employees of the owner company were amazed to find that almost everything was missing from and in the villa, and thefts were committed on a very large scale.
According to the first inventory, not only were all the doors and windows removed and stolen, but the thieves also did not stop at the roof, mounted roof beams and even roof tiles. The floors were also torn out and taken away, as were electrical installations.

Then the next shock in bathrooms and kitchens: expensive, high-quality fittings are also gone. In total, material amounting to 150,000 euros is missing.
The thieves didn’t even stop at the electronics
Exciting: According to the police, the perpetrators apparently screwed around the villa for weeks and had to go in and out with tools and material. And: Trucks and/or vans must have been used for the removal, which must have been noticed at least in the vicinity of the villa.
Because the villa is located in an industrial area, the police assume that employees of several companies and a large corporation passed the villa every day and must have noticed something.
