London: The British government has approved the deportation of Julian Assange, the founder of the WikiLeaks website WikiLeaks website, to the United States after he was arrested in connection with the leak of US secret documents. Thus, he is expected to be deported soon.

Julian Assange is the founder of a young newspaper based in Australia. He hacked into the US CIA and released 8,761 documents under the name ‘Vault 7’ in 2010, causing a stir around the world. As a result, Julian Assange was reportedly arrested at the Ecuadorian embassy in London on April 11, 2019. Julian Assange has been arrested and jailed by London police on sexual assault charges in Sweden.

Subsequently, a case was registered against him for deportation. In it, the British government agreed to deport Assange to the United States. Following this, it has been reported that the British government has officially approved the extradition of Assange to the United States.

The Interior Ministry has ordered the deportation of Julian Assange to the United States, according to a London magistrate’s court and a court of law. Assange has the right to appeal against the order within 14 days.

In the case of Assange, there is no pretext to prevent Assange’s deportation to the United States. In the United States he will not be denied fundamental rights, including freedom of speech; He said there was no doubt that he would have access to all the basic facilities, including medical care.

Earlier, a Westminster magistrate issued an official order on April 20, 2022, deporting Assange to the United States. Subsequently, the order was forwarded to the Ministry of Home Affairs. In this context, Home Minister Preity Patel has now approved the deportation of Assange.

In this case, the WikiLeaks website said on Twitter that it would appeal to the court against the British government’s order.
