Britain has warned Russia that it will face dire consequences if it uses nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
The use of nuclear weapons in war would change the nature of the conflict, British Foreign Secretary James said.
He also urged not to stop grain export. Meanwhile, Russian President Putin has said that Russia has not talked about using nuclear weapons in Ukraine.
