The British monarch’s first state visit has been postponed, a palace source said.
King’s first state visit
After Charles took over as the British King, he had decided to go on a state visit to France and Germany.
Thus, the King and Queen were scheduled to spend this month, from March 26 to 29, in France and from March 29 to April 2 in Germany.

France struggles
But in France, protests are taking place after the president raised the retirement age.
The rallies, which draw millions of people, have erupted into violence at some, with incidents of arson in many places.
In this case, French President Emmanuel Macron and King Charles spoke on the phone and took a decision.
Accordingly, the King’s visit to France has been postponed. It will be announced later when the King will return to France.
However, the King and Queen are scheduled to visit Germany from March 29 to April 2.
