The Russian news agency “TASS”, which reported on the extension of detention, learned from a supervisory committee with access to the country’s prisons that Greiner shares a cell with two women with no criminal record, and that the basketball player’s only problem is that her bed is too short.
Phoenix Mercury basketball player, who played in Russian Yekaterinburg during a break in the WNBA, was arrested after a vaporizer containing a liquid identified as cannabis oil was found in her bag. If convicted, the basketball player could face up to a maximum of 10 years in prison.
