Spears posted a picture of the planet Mars on Instagram and wrote: “Shining one… makes it easy… Thank you childhood friend, I found my orb… Don’t underestimate the power of purity. I see everything… it has Liquids and he’s wet… he’s naughty and massy. I’ve changed my name to River Red!”. After that she also changed her name in the “bio” at the top of the page.
At the moment it is not clear if Spears changed her name in official documents as well.
