As the specialized American site Dirt reports, the artist had offered himself this summer a huge property of 1080 m² in Calabasas, an upscale town in the county of Los Angeles, renowned for its closed residences (gated communities, in the original version).
Just after her marriage to Iranian-American model Sam Asghari, the singer offered herself this ultra-secure madness at 11.8 million dollars (11.1 million euros). The 7-bedroom villa is indeed installed in a closed enclave, itself located in an enclosed area with guards at the entrance. A high-density sector of millionaires and showbiz figures like Kourtney Kardashian. The fact remains that barely six months after his shopping, the star changed his mind and left the premises to put this very busy style property back on the market, quite far from European tastes (see slideshow).
A loss of 15%
Despite its 6500 m² of land, its 10-seat cinema, its 200 m² patio with brazier and barbecue, its XXL cellar, its swimming pool and its waterfalls and even a room to wrap gifts (?!)… buyers never Were not ready to pay the 12 million requested to afford it. While the messages posted by the singer on social networks regularly worry her fans about her condition, this financial disappointment with this funny decision should not leave her on the straw or homeless. Britney Spears indeed retains, not far from there, her Italian-inspired property located in Thousand Oaks. An even larger villa (1230 m² with 85,000 m² of land) bought for 7.4 million dollars in 2015. This is also where she celebrated her wedding.
