The organization of this traveling international fair is part of the efforts made to implement the High Royal Instructions aimed at paying special attention to Moroccans around the world, with a view to facilitating their contribution to the development of their Motherland and guaranteeing them the necessary support and the best conditions for success for their investment projects.

In a statement to M24, MAP’s continuous news channel, Ms. El Mansouri indicated that her presence in Brussels reflects the desire to maintain permanent contact with members of the Moroccan community residing abroad and to listen to their expectations and needs, particularly in terms of housing.

She noted that the real estate sector attracts 72% of investments from Moroccans residing abroad in their country of origin, hence the importance of supporting MRE investors, in accordance with the High Guidelines of HM King Mohammed VI.

The minister also emphasized the efforts made by the government to enable all Moroccans, regardless of social category, to access decent housing, stating that a new program of direct support for the acquisition of housing will be adopted soon, which will allow citizens who do not yet have housing to acquire a property.

For his part, Khalil Khoujlani, a Moroccan living in Belgium, stressed the importance of this exhibition, given the diversified real estate offer adapted to MREs presented there by the Al Omrane group, a “citizen and credible” institution.

This credibility is based on the quality of the offer, the payment facilities and the guarantees offered by the Al Omrane group to its customers based abroad, in order to allow them to buy real estate in the best conditions, he said.

In the same vein, Mokhtar Abdelkader, member of the Moroccan community in Belgium, affirmed that the real estate offers presented during this fair encourage Moroccans in Belgium to acquire housing in Morocco and to invest in the real estate sector in their country of origin.

The 2023 edition of “Al Omrane Expo Marocains du Monde”, which started with its North American leg in Montreal from May 5 to 7, will stop in Brussels (Belgium) from May 19 to 21, before heading to Milan in Italy from June 23 to 25, then to Madrid in Spain from October 13 to 14, before ending in Paris in France from November 17 to 19, 2023.

This edition is also placed under the sign of territoriality through the honoring, for each stage, of a region of the Kingdom, by particularly highlighting its potential and specificities.
