For a charity performance, the two “Breaking Bad” stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul are back together on the red carpet.

The two “Breaking Bad” stars Bryan Cranston (67) and Aaron Paul (43) celebrated a small reunion on the red carpet as part of a charity event. The acting stars, who played lead characters Walter White and Jesse Pinkman on the hit series, attended ‘Ping Pong 4 Purpose’ on July 27 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

Ping Pong 4 Purpose is a celebrity table tennis tournament raising funds for Kershaw’s Challenge. Cranston appeared appropriately casual in a white polo shirt, black cap and gray shorts. Paul came in jeans and an orange and white crocheted shirt.

With Kershaw’s Challenge, baseball star Clayton Kershaw (35) and his wife Ellen work together with other organizations to take care of the well-being of children in Los Angeles, Dallas, Zambia and the Dominican Republic. The two have been married since 2010 and have four children together, who they also brought to the event on Thursday.

In addition to the Kershaw family and the “Breaking Bad” stars, many other well-known personalities attended the event. Actor and director Casey Affleck (47) with his girlfriend Caylee Cowan (26), Hollywood colleague Danny Trejo (79), “The Office” actor Brian Baumgartner (50), Cedric the Entertainer (59) and Actor and presenter Mario Lopez (49).

Cranston gets involved in the Hollywood strike

Cranston had recently expressed solidarity with his striking US actor colleagues. At a rally in New York City, he gave a flaming speech that was addressed to Disney boss Bob Iger (72), among others. “We have a message for Mr. Iger”, Cranston said, according to media reports. “We ask you to listen to us: we will not let robots take our work away from us!” The role of artificial intelligence in film and series and the remuneration of actors was part of the previously failed negotiations between the actors’ union SAG-AFTRA and an association of TV and film production companies.
