Reliance Jio and Airtel’s recharge plans have become expensive. After this, there has been an increase in the number of customers porting to BSNL. If the report is to be believed, 300 to 400 customers are porting to BSNL in Kashmir every day. If the officials of BSNL in Kashmir are to be believed, more than 300 to 400 port requests have been received every day in the last two weeks.
4G service implemented in Jammu and Kashmir
The company says that there is an encouraging atmosphere among the customers to port to BSNL. Users are choosing affordable plans. BSNL official Masood said that 4G service is currently available in Jammu and Kashmir. Along with this, there are plans to install more than 500 5G mobile towers in the Kashmir Valley. Masood said that BSNL has presence everywhere in Kashmir. The telecom operator has increased the prices of its recharge plans by an average of 15 percent.
Jio has 4G service
BSNL is providing recharge plans at the lowest price in today’s time. The price of which is almost half as compared to Jio and Airtel. However, BSNL currently has 4G service, while Jio and Airtel have 5G service. Also, free unlimited 5G service is being offered by Jio and Airtel.
Considering 5G service
BSNL is rolling out 4G service with the help of partnership with Tata. 4G service has been made available to about 1000 villages across the country. It is also considering rolling out 5G service.
