On the 10th, the news of the world tour was announced by posting a poster for ‘J-Hope Tour ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ on the fan platform Weverse.
‘Hop on the Stage’ will be held from February 28th to March 2nd at the KSPO Dome in Songpa-gu, Seoul. All three performances will feature both offline performances and online live streaming. Next, they will meet fans around the world with 31 performances in a total of 15 cities, including North America, including Brooklyn, Chicago, and Mexico City, as well as Manila, Saitama, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Macau, Taipei, and Osaka.
‘Hop on the Stage’ is J-Hope’s first solo world tour. In the poster for the Seoul performance released on the 10th, J-Hope is striking a dynamic pose on a lift against a strong red background. The name of this performance not only means ‘J-Hope on stage’, but also contains the meaning that the hopes, wishes, and dreams of him and the audience will be expressed in various forms through the stage. In addition, a variety of stages are expected, including the first live performance of songs included in the special album ‘HOPE ON THE STREET VOL.1’, which is based on the theme of one’s roots.
On the 5th, J-Hope sent a New Year’s greeting on Weverse, saying, “I hope 2025 will be in full bloom and beautiful for everyone,” and “I will cheer on your first steps in the new year with more sincerity than anyone else.” He also expressed his strong ambition, saying, “I think this year will be a very important year for me, and I will show you many things.”
Meanwhile, J-Hope took his first steps as a solo artist by releasing his first solo album ‘Jack In The Box’ in July 2022. Afterwards, ‘Hop on the Street Volume 1’, released in March of last year, took his roots, ‘street dance’, as its theme. It attracted attention by presenting content closely related to the album’s message, such as a dance-themed documentary and pop-ups. J-Hope also expanded his base as a creator by personally planning a promotion that combined music, documentaries, and pop-ups.
