An issue should be submitted to the parliamentary table on October 1 – which assumes that it was ready two weeks ago to be examined by the High Commission of Public Finances and the Council of State. So it is likely that it will be up to the teams of Bruno Le Maire and Thomas Cazenave to prepare the copy. Which is quite a headache.
