Two-wheelers manufactured illegally in New York were confiscated and destroyed by a bulldozer. It was flagged off by New York Mayor Eric Adams.
Mayor Adams said the use of these two-wheelers, which were illegally manufactured, could pose a risk to the general public, and expressed concern that the production of these two-wheelers has increased this year over last year.
He said that out of the 2,000 vehicles already seized, 100 vehicles would be destroyed by bulldozers in the first phase. He added that all the waste from the destroyed two-wheelers would be converted into scrap metal and recycled.
