Burkina: Colonel-Major Célestin Simporé elevated to the rank of brigadier general

Ouagadougou, October 28, 2023 (AIB) – The Head of State, Captain Ibrahim Traoré, yesterday Friday elevated the Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces, Colonel-Major Célestin Simporé, to the rank of General of brigade effective November 1, 2023.
