Burkina Faso – Equatorial Guinea: an emissary from President Obiang NGUEMA received by the Head of State
(Ouagadougou, October 24, 2023). The President of the Transition, Head of State, Captain Ibrahim TRAORE received in audience, this Tuesday late morning, Juan Antonio Bibang NCHUCHUMA, Minister at the Presidency of Equatorial Guinea, responsible for external security.
The Equatorial Guinean minister carries a message from President Teodoro Obiang N’GUEMA Mbasogo to his Burkinabè counterpart Captain Ibrahim TRAORE. “The message was mainly one of solidarity, friendship, cooperation and fraternity,” said the Equatorial Guinean envoy.
According to Juan Antonio Bibang NCHUCHUMA, Equatorial Guinea has excellent cooperation with Burkina Faso. This cooperation covers the areas of agriculture, diplomacy and the fight against illegal migration.
Mr. NCHUCHUMA recalled that there is also a strong, well-integrated Burkinabè community in this host country, Equatorial Guinea.
