Australia’s Poland were bowled out for 4 against England in the Sydney Test.

Sydney:

The 4th Test of the Ashes series between Australia and England is being played in Sydney.

Only 46.5 overs were bowled on the first day due to rain. Australia scored 126 runs for the loss of 3 wickets.

Australia declared their first innings at 416 for 8 on Day 2. Playing well, Kawaja was dismissed for 137. Smith scored 67 and lost the game.

Stuart Broad took five wickets for England.

Following this, England started the first innings with 13 runs for the loss of wickets at the end of the 2nd day’s play.

Leading players of the England team who followed suit were soon out. Thus losing 4 wickets before scoring 36 runs.

Ben Stokes, who landed next, was responsible for the Burstow pair as Audi rescued the team from the slump. Burstow was unbeaten on 113 and Ben Stokes on 66.

In the end, England were all out for 294 in the first innings.

Poland took 4 wickets and Cummins and Lyon took 2 wickets each for Australia.

Following on, Australia were playing the second innings with a lead of 122 runs.
