Burundi: TDC - Ndadaye Denise and citizens of Mugina mobilized for road maintenance in Cibitoke

Work and solidarity: the citizens of Mugina and Mabayi are mobilizing for road maintenance

Bujumbura (Cibitoke, Mugina commune), 10/06/2023 – Aligned with the socio-economic policy of the Barundi, an atmosphere of mutual aid and camaraderie took hold this Saturday. Armed with their shovels and other tools, the citizens of the locality gathered to participate in the Community Development Works (TDC – https://bdiagnews.com/TDC). They received support from Hon. Ndadaye Denise, Vice-President of the Senate of Burundi. The objective of the day: to maintain the road which connects the communes of Mugina and Mabayi. The TDCs, carried out every week across the country, are one of the pillars of the socio-economic policy of the Barundi.
