Bus accident in Salalah; One dead, many injured One dead, many injured in bus crash in Oman

Muscat: A native of Oman died in an accident on a GTC bus which was coming from Dubai to Salalah. Many people were injured.

The accident took place at Thoka near Tumraith at 5.30 am on Tuesday. The preliminary information is that the bus hit the trailer that was going ahead.

The seriously injured were shifted to Salalah Sultan Qaboos Hospital. Most of the injured are Yemeni and Omani nationals. The front of the bus was completely destroyed by the impact.
