The bus company HB-Care has received speeding fines for at least DKK 215,400 in two and a half years. This shows access to documents that Vejle County’s Folkeblad has sought from five of the country’s police districts. During that time, HB-Care has, among other things, been responsible for the transport of kindergarten children, the elderly and disabled children in many of the country’s municipalities. In its response to the newspaper, HB-Care emphasizes, among other things, that, according to the company, there is a vanishingly small risk of a speeding violation being registered on one of its buses, as the vast majority of the journeys proceed without fines.
