With discipline and a balanced diet, Anna-Maria Ferchichi got back into shape after giving birth to triplets. She is now presenting the results on Instagram.
Anna-Maria Ferchichi used to stay in the background, leaving the spotlight to her husband Bushido. Today, the 42-year-old is in the public eye herself. She has a documentary and a podcast with her husband. The mother of eight is also active on Instagram. More than 800,000 people follow her there. She gives them insights into her everyday life almost every day.
Anna-Maria Ferchichi usually appears on the social media platform with her family. Sometimes with her husband, sometimes with her triplets or with her five other children. Every now and then, Sarah Connor’s sister can also be seen alone on Instagram, as in one of her latest posts.

During her pregnancy with triplets, Anna-Maria Ferchichi gained 30 kilograms. A few weeks after the birth, she started exercising again. Shortly after, she showed her first successes. Since then, she has been training regularly – with a lot of discipline.
She also explained to her fans a few weeks ago that she pays attention to a balanced diet. She “doesn’t eat small snacks in between meals and makes sure to eat lots of vegetables and fish,” she said in a question and answer session on Instagram. Despite this, she doesn’t restrict herself too much when it comes to food. “I’ve never counted calories in my life,” she reports. She weighs 54 kilos and is 1.72 meters tall.
Anna-Maria Ferchichi has a total of eight children. Montry is her eldest son at 21 and comes from a previous relationship. She has seven more children with rapper Bushido. Daughter Aaliyah was born in 2012, followed by twins Djibrail and Laila in 2013. Issa was born in 2015. The youngest of the family are the triplets Leonora, Naima and Amaya, who were born in 2021.
